AI Data Coworker is a single web page. When you open a file, it is read by your browser and analysed there. It is not uploaded, not stored, and not seen by us — there is no server that could receive it. Closing the tab deletes it.
The only thing our server ever handles is your account: your email address, which plan you are on, and what you have paid. It never receives a row of your data. VISSTA includes a privacy panel that lists every network request the page has made, so you can check this claim yourself rather than taking our word for it.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you live. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from the Account page inside the app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep Pro until then, and you are not charged again.
If it is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of a monthly payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
For the pay-as-you-go plan, we bill for time actually spent working in the app, measured on our server. If you believe you have been billed for time you did not use, tell us and we will look at the record and refund anything that is wrong.
Refunds are returned to the card that was charged, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. Your access continues during that time. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is lost — your saved setups stay where they are.
AI Data Coworker is a browser-based tool for analysing data files. We provide it on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access.
Files you open in the app are processed in your browser and are never transmitted to us. You keep all rights to your data. We claim none.
Do not use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to attempt to disrupt the service or gain access to accounts that are not yours.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change, and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.
The app helps you analyse data; it does not make decisions for you, and you are responsible for checking results before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
You may stop using it and cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we can.
The contents of your files. They are never uploaded. We could not produce them if asked, because we never receive them.
Payments are handled by Stripe, who process your card details under their own privacy policy. We never see your full card number. Our servers are hosted by Render.
Account and payment records are kept while your account exists, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Email us to see a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted. We will respond within 30 days.
